Our general terms and conditions apply to every AMORI product and are in force between AMORI and each individual user of the website who places an order through the webshop (hereinafter: “Buyer”). When ordering a product from our webshop you accept AMORI’s general terms and conditions. We have the right to change our general terms and conditions at any time.
All stated prices are in Euro's, include value added tax of 21% and exclude shipping costs. Transport or shipping costs are charged separately and are always at the expense of the buyer, unless stated otherwise. You can consult these prices under 'Shipping & Returns'.
The price applicable to the sales agreement is the price in force at the time of the registered order and as indicated on the website at that time. AMORI retains the right to change and amend product pricing and information. If shortly after purchase a product appears to be reduced in price, no claim can be made for repayment of the price difference.
The price refers exclusively to the articles as described verbatim. The accompanying photos are decorative and may contain elements that do not belong to the articles and are not included in the price.
If there is an incorrect price for an item on our webshop due to an error or mistake, we always have the right to change this price. You then have the right to cancel the order and the full amount will be transferred back to your account.
For settlement of online payments we cooperate with the safe paymentsystem, Mollie B.V. We do not have access to the confidential details of payment of our customers. This security system guarantees confidentiality and holder authenticity and prevents unauthorized third parties from gaining access to your information. Payment can only be made by authorized credit or debit cards (Bancontact, Belfius Banking, KBC Banking, ING Home’pay, Maestro, Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, IDeal, SOFORT Banking). The purchase is completed when we receive confirmation of your payment, until then the ordered items are the property of AMORI.

We ship our orders days after receipt of payment by the customer. Delivery is made via Bpost courier services. Delivery normally takes place within 2 to 3 working days for deliveries in Belgium or the Netherlands. The shipping time is indicative and is therefore not guaranteed. It should be considered as a non-binding estimate. We can not be held accountable for any delays or lost parcels by the courier company.
If the package is damaged when it arrives and/or any shortages in the products delivered, it is your responsibility to inform us within 7 days. We may only be held liable for damage in the event of deliberate act or gross negligence. We are not liable for any indirect damages whatsoever which may have been incurred by the buyer.
The cost of delivery may vary. For purchases from €75 or more, we do not charge any costs for deliveries in Belgium. Otherwise an additional cost of €4.95 per order (<2 kg) will be charged for deliveries in Belgium. For purchases from €100 or more, we do not charge any costs for deliveries in The Netherlands. Otherwise €6,95 for deliveries in the Netherlands (<2kg). In other European countries the delivery costs may vary from country to country. For information about shipping to other countries, please contact us.
International shipments outside the European Union could have some duties and taxes once the shipment reaches the delivery country. AMORI cannot control or predict these charges, therefore it is our customers responsibility to pay any additional charges for customs clearance.
EXCHANGE AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If the customer, for whatever reason, does not wish to retain the products, the customer can invoke the right of withdrawal and has the right to return the products to AMORI within 14 days as from the day following on the delivery of the product. The customer must follow all return conditions and instructions stipulated by AMORI.
The customer should inform our customer service by e-mail about the return. You should inform us of your return, stating your order number, the article which you wish to return as well as the reason (too small, not as expected,…). Do not forget to specify whether you wish to return or exchange the item. If our customer service approves your request, it will provide you by e-mail with instructions for the return of the products. Return or exchange parcels without the return notice will not be accepted and not be reimbursed.
Your returned item must be sent to our address mentioned above within 14 days. The effective shipping date is the control date. Ensure that the products are packed safely and carefully so that damage to the products can not be caused by shipping. Please enclose your proof of purchase and the return form. We will only accept your requests for return if the product(s) are unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged. Furthermore the product(s) should return with all original labels and in the original packaging. All goods purchased in the physical store can be exchanged for another product or for a voucher.
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal is possible for products which are custom made/ordered for the client (such as completed or redeemed vouchers or coupons) and which can not be exchanged for hygienic reasons such as pacifiers, teethers, swimwear and underwear. It is also not possible to return discounted items.
The return is always with a track and tracesystem. Furthermore, the return costs are always at the expense of the customer. If the return instructions have been followed accurately, AMORI will reimburse the full amount of the returned products (not of the shipping costs) to your account within 14 days after receiving the product(s). In case of an exchange we will send you the new article (shipping costs at the expense of the customer). For return orders outside EU, please always mention return outside of the package and mark the return box on your customs declaration form. This to avoid import duties on the returned products.
